A Message from Universal Freemason Research Society

 Greetings Friends and Freemasons!

It has been some time since we have used this site to communicate with you as we have been using other social media sites to spread the message of Freemasonry which is love for our fellow creatures, love for mankind, and tolerance for all ideals and a search for truth in those ideals while at once recognizing ideals based on ignorance and opposing those ideas with facts and the light of knowledge.

 Where we have made an error on other sites has been to yell into our own echo chamber and be swept into debate and ignorant thinking and commentary of our own, which upon some serious self reflection we realize has not been conducive to improving society, rather it had been a scream into the void that improves nothing and inflames everything.


Having come to this conclusion, The Universal Freemason Research Society has divested from most social media platforms and will continue our mission to teach Masonic philosophies to the masses as to improve society using this platform, and will post new videos on YouTube in a few weeks.

 We are sincere in our efforts to defeat the darkness of ignorance by shining a light of love.

The Point in the Heart

  Greetings Everyone!     I’m sitting and reflecting today about my initiation ceremony (so many years ago now, but so much to decipher so it’s on my mind a lot) and I became enlightened as to one meaning of being greeted with the point of the compass over the heart.   In the teachings of Kabbalah, we learn that one does not seek the spiritual in a sincere way until we reach “a point in our heart” where we realize we should seek enlightenment.   When we decipher the meaning of the compass, we learn that the compass represents that which is spiritual (the square represents that which is earthly) and we are greeted with the points of the compass over our heart.  If we view this from a kabbalistic perspective, we have entered the lodge room attaining “the point in the heart” where we realize we should seek more enlightenment, and thus, our Masonic journey towards “more light” begins!   What is your perspective regarding this?     Thanks for rea...
